I have only used it once, so I can't comment on its effectiveness yet. The packaging was good overall, but unfortunately the bottle cap was broken when it arrived. Thankfully, the bottle itself wasn't damaged. My main concern is that the oil was manufactured about six months ago. Since it's an organic product, I would prefer to receive a freshly produced batch (around 1–2 months old). With only six months left before its expiry, I'm hesitant to purchase it again.

Not good not working
I wanted to share my feedback regarding the root rebounding hair Oil. Honestly, the oil is really good, and I’ve noticed positive results in my hair since I started using it. However, I’ve also noticed that my dandruff has increased significantly after I started using the oil. Because of this, I’m experiencing a lot of itching and discomfort on my scalp.

I used it for 5 times but every morning when I wakeup I find a lot of hairs on my pillow. And it's also not increasing the length of my hairs. So I am not satisfied yet.
